Richard (Rich) Johnson is the Founder and Managing Director of Incitus Group, a full-service association management and strategic communications firm serving professional associations, nonprofit organizations, and member-based industry groups nationwide.
With more than 40 years of leadership experience spanning association management, communications, marketing, and business operations, Rich has built a reputation for helping organizations grow, strengthen governance, engage members, and achieve long-term sustainability. Since founding Incitus Group in 2005, he has provided executive leadership, operational management, financial administration, membership development, sponsorship strategy, and event management services to organizations ranging from 100 to more than 5,000 members.
Rich has played a key role in the growth and success of numerous organizations, including CoreNet Global North Texas, SFNet Dallas, and the Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP). Among his accomplishments, he helped support AMFP’s expansion from seven chapters and approximately 624 members to 38 chapters and more than 5,000 members nationwide.
Prior to founding Incitus Group, Rich owned and led two successful marketing communications agencies and held leadership roles with Dallas Area Rapid Transit and the City of Dallas. He earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism.
Today, Rich continues to partner with association boards and organizational leaders to help mission-driven organizations thrive through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and member-focused growth.
Collin Johnson is the Web Operations Specialist at Incitus Group, where he manages website maintenance, provides technical support, and helps keep the firm’s digital systems running smoothly. Since joining the team six years ago, he has worked with a variety of client websites, handling updates, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing web operations.
With a strong interest in technology and digital media, Collin enjoys solving technical challenges and finding practical solutions that improve reliability and usability. His attention to detail and organized approach help ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
Outside of work, Collin enjoys graphic design, video editing, and exploring new technologies. He is always looking for opportunities to expand his skills and stay current with changes in the digital landscape, bringing that curiosity and continuous learning mindset into his role at Incitus Group.

Gabriel Johnson was born in Atkarsk, Russia, a small mountain town that helped shape the resilience and determination he carries today. Adopted at a young age, Gabriel has grown into a dynamic professional recognized for his versatility, creativity, and commitment to excellence across multiple industries.
Possessing a wide range of talents and skills, Gabriel first gained recognition in the fashion industry, where he worked as a model and participated in New York Fashion Week. His presence, professionalism, and attention to detail helped establish him as a standout in highly competitive environments while developing the confidence and discipline that continue to define his career.
For a number of years, Gabriel has also been an important part of Incitus Group, LLC, contributing to the company’s reputation for professionalism, innovation, and high-level execution. Through his work, he has helped uphold and elevate a standard of excellence that reflects the organization’s commitment to delivering exceptional results for its clients and partners.
